Really, what are you going to do besides online-shop, movie-watch, and bake? I personally am planning on making a snowy trek to my fitness center, but I can see why that doesn’t sound appealing to everyone.

First Time Under the Foil!

So, I decided to lavender-ize my hair. I have been wanting to do it since early spring at the very least, and so since I  1)remembered, 2) had money, 3)had free time and 4) was motivated all on the same day, I headed over to Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. Paulina did the coloring and she was fantastic. It turned out purple indeed, so as it fades out I will probably love it even more! I do like the result a lot though. Side note: This is the first time I have ever done any sort of color treatment to my hair ever. And I mean ever.

After! Thanks Paulina!

What is your favorite hair color? Whether you’ve tried it or not, I want to hear!

Have a colorful week!

There is this pink…

..that in my head I always call “Dolce and Gabbana pink”. This is because in D&G’s Spring 2012 line there was this floor length, drop-dead beautiful backless gown in this pink. It is the most vibrant, gorgeous, Barbie’s-convertible-but-better, prettiest-tropical-flower-you-have-ever-seen pink. My use of Barbie does indeed cheapen it. Sorry. Because really, this color is rich, rare, risky, and not often done well or right. But I have seen it around recently, and it is definitely a color to wear this winter.

I’m sharing my favorite fuschia finds of November.

J.Crew Brilliant Fuschia mini skirt.

BCBGMaxazria colorblock 3/4 sleeve dress.

Splendid circle striped scarf.

Anthropologie embroidered skirt by Yoana Baraschi.

There is LOTS of pretty pink at Coach these days…

Pink jersey blazer found at Zara!

Marc by Marc Jacobs tablet cover.

DKNY fuschia silk blouse. Obsessed.

Update: I think this is the namesake dress.

Hope you enjoyed; thanks for stopping by!
